RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTION
A Residential Home Inspection serves to give a home buyer all of the important information they need about a home to make well-informed decisions about repairs, purchase, and maintenance. During the inspection, we uncover defects in the home and help buyers become better acquainted with the property.
NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
A New Construction Inspection is completed before the final walk-through and serves to help the builder/buyer identify the oversights made during the building process. The builder can then prepare the home for a smooth and safe move-in.
RE-INSPECTION
Buyers can get some additional peace of mind by scheduling a Re-Inspection as a follow up to the Buyer’s Inspection. We will revisit the home to check that all agreed-upon repairs were completed as requested.
Water quality testing is essential if your source of potable water is well water. Confirm the safety of your drinking supply with 1 of our 9 water test panels.
The Limited Mold Inspection is a fast and affordable way to confirm the existence of mold and, if possible, determine the type of mold present in a specific, defined area of the building.
